When I got to the app and switch seasons on the drop-down menu on the show menu, the app crashes and I was back to the iPad desktop.

Have you tried uninstall/reinstall? I've seen it reported that updates don't always clean up correctly.

having the same problem with mine as well. My ipad is running 11.2.5 and I've tried uninstall/reinstall and it doesn't fix it.

Hi,

I have same issue after the latest update...can't view the seasons of Naruto Shippuden, always show season 17 and when I click on any of the episodes the App crashes out

Uninstalled/Reinstalled.. same issue.. crashes right away...
Next thing I did was cancelling my Subscription

Once this issue is cleared I might consider the subscription

Same problem here on iOS/ipad. Any time I try to switch between seasons of a show, or use the drop down menu to switch between subbed and dubbed on a show, the CR app crashes. Brief black screen, then kicks me back to the desktop. I have uninstalled/reinstalled three times this week and the problem persists. When the app is opened, it doesn’t seem to acknowledge that I’m signed in until I swipe or select a show.

Having the same problem here. iPad Pro 9.7 running on iOS 11.2.6. I’ve uninstalled and installed the app several times, I’ve change the languages because one time there was an issue with that but nothing seems to work.

Crunchyroll did NOT update the app for the new IOS. It crashes on my iPad as well! With the que not allowing scrolling and the season picker crashing back to desktop! I contacted help desk only to hear I was getting escalated and nothing after!

The fix for the crashes was released last night. Update your app to the latest version, and everything should work again.

They have release a fix and updated the app it’s now working after deleting and downloading from the App Store.
