Love to cook. I'm one of those cast iron nuts and they are so much fun to cook with! I'm terrible at sides though and mostly just cook the main dish. Usually just pop in a bag of steamer veggies and cook the main course myself.

Pro tip here...modern dish soap can be used on cast iron. Just make sure that the soap doesn't contain sodium hydroxide, chemical name for lye, that's the stuff that will eat away at your seasoning and ruin your pan. Also, things high in acid, like tomatoes, should be avoided as that will also damage your season and enameled cast iron is the way to go if your going to cook with those ingredients. This now concludes Cast Iron Basics with Mutaito...

I love cooking actually, especially get around to it when i’m super stressed for relaxation. Also i’m a huge late night baker but no one complains when there’s sweets in the morning?

Here’s a super quick and easy chocolate cake recipe when you’re craving something sweet:

Stuff:
1 1/2c sugar
1/2c vegetable oil (i use canola)
2 eggs
dash of vanilla
1c milk
1c boiling water

1 3/4c flour
1c coco powder
1 1/2tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
pinch of salt

How to:
Cream sugar and oil together. Mix in the eggs, vanilla and milk.
Then mix in all the dry ingredients (flour, coco, baking powder, baking soda, salt) until smooth.
Carefully mix in the boiling water.
The batter will be super runny but it’s gonna be ok!
I bake mine in a 9 by 13 inch pan for 40mins in a 350F oven.

And you’re all done! i know it looks like a lot but it’s actually super easy!
