So yeah the title says it, i dont get PADS ( Post anime depression syndrome) anymore. Last time was 1,5 years ago when i finished Fairy Tail. Same goes to games/books/movies, i just read/watch play but the feels are never really comming anymore. At the end of the anime or game iam just like "Well ok that was that" and i stop thinking about the anime of game after a day or two. To summarize : I dont get any feels or PADS during or after an anime or game anymore and its bugging me. Anyone with the same experience as me or any tips? sry for bad english

A situation where an anime stops having an emotional impact on you after 1 or 2 days sounds fairly normal and healthy. Becoming depressed after watching any show is not something I would strive for.

What do you mean exactly? Anything rivaling a depressive syndrome isn't healthy.

Do you mean in a less extreme way? For instance, just thinking about a show later on and wishing it continued?

Well I barely remember what I even watch unless I look it up. I mean I've seen around 275 anime why would I be sad when I finish just 1 more. Usually when I finish something I reflect on it very little. Finishing X means starting Y after all. When I look back on anime as a whole it is filled with good memories so that is why I am not sad. Same with games, Breath of the wild is probably one of my favorite recent games, though I don't think about it much anymore since I am done with it. I focus on what I am currently watching/playing or what I want to watch next.
