i tried to log in today with my password Changed.
i recived no EMAIL. FALUT 1

it was fine because i could just Reset it.

still since my password has Changed i was suspitious.

noticed there was a 1 year Subscription Gift in my Shopping Cart. FAULT 2

now i guess since my Actual Bank was Empty at the time the payment couldnt be complete. but can you Implement 2FA or even a Email Regarding New Logins From New Locations.

im happy Enough Supporting Crunchy Roll. but If i was Hacked and They So Easily Just walked to the Shopping Cart to Gift a $60 Gift To some one with No Notice on My Behalf i would Be forced to Cancle my Subscription and live a life with no moe.

Store checkouts require re-authentication, either re-entering the CVV for credit cards, or logging into PayPal again. This means that while items may be added to the cart, they cannot actually be bought.

Run your email address through haveibeenpwned.com to figure out where your password was likely stolen. There may be multiple services for which password may need to be changed.

While that was true once upon a time, indications from people that have had this happen to them are that CR now sends out an e-mail to the old address. Although it is largely academic at this point, check your spam folder.

hey, so checked my Email Account and Nothing Regarding a Change of email. except for my Request to change it, and several forum Replys.

i hope they can get onto this asap as others are also Being Stolen.

My premium account suddenly became a regeller account. If I pay for a premium account again will it pay for two accounts? Do anyone know how to fix it?

What does it say in these two screens:

/acct/membership
/acct?action=membership_history

To re-sub you could try here, I wouldn't think it would let you sub twice to the same account...
/premium_pick_plan?membership=premium

It's weird that it would just discontinue by itself though... You might first try asking support why that happened: /contact

My 1 month premium membership ended on the 19th, although I started the subscription on the 20th the month before. I don't really mind, but I thought that was a bit odd. My only guess is it's due to the time difference between where I live and where the site server is.

Anyway, once I noticed that the sub had ended, I decided to renew my subscription for a few months. To my surprise, I received an error claiming that my credit card info was incorrect. I carefully replaced and inserted every digit and letter in my credit card info a few more times, just to make sure it was right, but I kept getting the same error message. I tried again the following day, and this time, I got a different error message saying "unauthorized request". I tried using different cards, but the result stayed the same. I also tried paying for the subscription through my PSN console. I'm pretty sure the problem isn't on my end, at this point.

It's frustrating, because I work night shifts over the next few days, and I really wanted to be able to watch shows without ads during that period. Over the past two days, I've pretty much spent my night shifts just watching cat and dog videos on Youtube, inbetween sessions of staring at the wall I sent a message to support earlier today, but something tells me that resolving this issue is going to take a while. Is anyone else on here having issues starting or renewing their subscription?

For this part: "ended on the 19th, although I started the subscription on the 20th the month before", CR "Months" are always 30 days, they don't follow the calendar.
