First readers be aware I contacted Crunchyroll support on this issue and followed the advice only to have the app display this same odd behavior!

1. I deleted the app! The I reset my iPad to factory specs and set it up as a NEW iPad. I then went to the App Store and downloaded the app again. Logged into my account and these strange issues where the que crashes when scrolling down the list! The app goes back to my main page every time half way down. Also crashes when I change what I can see in que to the second season! Now here is something more odd about this app issue. When I log out of my account I can then access second seasons on any anime in the app! They suddenly load! Like magic log back in my account and CRASH the app snaps out! But looking into my app section it’s listed there running but it crashes when accessing second seasons!

2. Crunchyroll suggested I delink my device on there web page. I delinked the device deleted the app, renown loaded it from the App Store and same issue after logging into my acccount! Que not loading! History says it’s blank and que after I sign in!

3. The app on my iPhone works correctly! These bizarre crashes while logged in only happen on my iPad. I was supposed to hear from a senior help specialist but nothing after getting the message telling me the issue was escalated by support staff.

Had anyone else had a iOS app issue linked to there specific account?

I’ve got same issue on ipad2 mini. Seems deinstalled and reinstalled it works until you close it then it repeats the open and close crash behavior

Still no fix for this crashing issue on IOS for Apple. No return support form Crunchyroll, you may want to post support is non existent for anyone with crashing issues and app updates are far and between. Your company does realize that Apple update its iOS so Mabel you might update the app!

Crunchyroll is aware of the issue affecting users! Though I think the iOS update has affected account logins and Que and the drop
Down crashing for second seasons while in accounts. I was also unaware each time you delete the app on the same device and log in it’s kept under devices. I own one iPad not the many listed under devices also a PlayStation and iphone all linked to my account .
