Hello Crunchyroll users. I am wondering have you ever been told your support ticket was being escalated only to never hear back for Crunchyroll? I contacted support was told this iOS crashing issue was being escalated and that’s the last contact till I recontacted only to have the escalation never mentioned or responded to. Has this also happened to you? Moderators if this is a poll question please move it without deleting it.

My dealings with CR support have been few and usually short.
I'm happy to say that when I contacted them they were quick to provide a solution.
The longest I had to wait while they were investigating the issue was three or four days. This was a few years ago when the site's billing system had issues accepting new or existing payment methods.
They provided me with a free one week sub while they were investigating so I didn't mind the wait.

Is it your ticket about the iOS app crashing? It's a known issue that this happens on certain devices. The developers will implement a fix in a new version that is coming shortly.
