Hi, my Queue and History are not syncing between my laptop and my cellphone.
Laptop is ASUS with Windows 10 and cellphone is Samsung Galaxy S7.

The queue and history work well independently, but when I watch on my phone it does not advance the queue/history resume point on my laptop, and vice versa.

Would there be a way to fix this?
Love everything else about Crunchyroll !

Do you quit and restart each of those apps after using the other, or have you left them both active the whole time? You need to quit to refresh your queue/history data. Or (grasping at straws) are you using a Crunchyroll app on one, and a VRV app on the other? Those are completely separate from each other.

Otherwise, it shouldn't be possible for that to happen to the same account. If you were already using one account, then signed up for a trial through an app, it is possible you created two accounts and do not know about it. One of them would be the email address associated with the one you entered your credit card info and the other through the web or some strange combination like that.

The current Crunchyroll apps are having issues it would seem on multiple devices. You will just have to wait for a update to the apps to occur at somepoint in the future. The engineers and software coders for CR do not read these help forums. The moderators have nothing to due with CR support at least from the emails sent me I get this impression. Till someone from CR says other wise. The only current answer is to send a help ticket in using the hidden help function. It like when they made posting screen shots more difficult due to the embarrassing stuff users were posting pointing to obvious serever issues at Crunchyroll.
