I just got my first guest pass and I decide to send it to a friend which also love Anime. Thought we tried different dates, e-mails, passwords and more.. but nothing works and he only get a Incorrect login information pop up. He can't simple make the guest account.

Just to make sure I'm understanding, your friend currently does not have a CR account, but they're unable to create one in the "Sign Up for a Free Account" section of https://www.crunchyroll.com/login?next=%2F? With their own unique username/email/password?

From your description, it sounds like they either didn't finish the signup process, or didn't create an account yet. I believe they will need to validate their account (an email is sent on creation) before they can use a guest pass, and usernames with prohibited words may be deleted - in case they went with something obscene, it might have been removed, and that could be why they can't log in.

Other than that, I'm not sure what might be causing the trouble...

He has not an account on this side and this is his first time doing an account. Which means a guest pass is making an account without putting credit card into the whole thing. I tried to make an account on him with another e-mail of mine which did not work either. Confirmation never came, checking even now hours after then it has not arrived. Username was Ixidoz which was not prohibited and neither was the e-mail. It was just the error popping up even as I tried to make an account for him which the error is for me too. I can't make a guest account either.

He can't make a new account with a username that already exists (since 2008), he has to choose a different one... www.crunchyroll.com/user/Ixidoz

Crunchyroll does not say if it is busy or not also we did try different names, I tried skoskav as well which I do not see exist at all. So it does not help that much either. Så he still can't make an account on a name that does not exist in crunchyroll.

Well, in that case, only a staff member will be able to help.

He should create a support request using the online form. Support link is here: /contact

But he will need to do that himself. if you do it with your existing account, especially from your IP address, then support would be confused, because when logged in, your information is passed along as information in the form, so they would think it was about you and not him.

Choose "Account/Login" for the dropdown, and enter a valid email address where he can pick up the response. Put the exact test of the error message in the body.

They should be able to tell him whether that email has already been used for a different account he may not realize is already associated with it. (because you can't make two accounts with the same email address, either).
