Earlier today, I was planning on watching "The Place Promised in our Early Days," but I was not able to due to it not showing up on My Queue or in the search engine.

The pages and videos still appear on the website, but not on the Android App.

I have contacted support.

But after following instructions given by Support, (Uninstalling and Reinstalling) The Application is still not showing these items.

Is anyone else having this problem?

The show isn't available for Canada, so it won't show up on a device or a search. If episodes are showing up on your PC, then you likely have something local on it that circumvents correct IP geolocation, or maybe you visited the US and still have a cookie set (which would reset when you clear them and log in again).

On the RSS page, these are the allowed countries
<media:restriction relationship="allow" type="country">pr us vi as gu um</media:restriction>

Puerto Rico, USA, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, US Minor Outlying Islands

Go to (gear) settings in the app and make sure the preferred language is set to specifically "English US"

If that still doesn't work, open a browser on your Android and go to this page: /contact Then scroll down to see what the "Detected Country" is.

Since I haven't seen this mentioned yet, and the classification sometimes seems odd, enabling mature content at /acct/?action=video is also worth a shot.

Your access seems to come both from Canada and the US at times.
