Anyone else have anime silently disappear from their queue without having removed it?
Every so often, when I look at my queue, I notice a show has disappeared.
Once it was Katana Maidens. Once it was Death March to Another World. Once it was Ancient Magus Bride.. etc (I don't think it's specific to any show).

This is a bit of an inconvenience, because like most of us, I rely on the queue to keep track of the series I am following.
If such a simple feature of a website just randomly removes shows, it's frankly disappointing and annoying.
Several times have I realised a show has disappeared, and I find that I am now 2 or 3 episodes behind.

I've searched all over the forum and found that across the years, people have been having the same issues - but NO actual solution or official answer has been provided! It's been years.
Surely something simple like a Queue that actually reliably saves your shows isn't the most difficult thing to program.

And there are always people giving these kinds of answers, so I'll address them in advance:

-No, the shows have not been removed from CrunchyRoll. They are shows that are always available.
-No, I did not move regions. I've been staying and playing CrunchyRoll in the same country always.
-No, I don't think I have been hacked. Active devices are all purely my own, and I'm the only one that uses it. The anime history is all stuff I've seen - and the only way to delete the history is by deleting ALL history, which has not been done.

Additional details:

-I'm a premium member
-I watch shows on my laptop and phone

I just really hope we can get an official answer to this.
Even an acknowledgment from CrunchyRoll that this is a known bug that's being worked on would be great!

For now, I guess I'll just have to rely on my memory and hope I don't miss any shows.

Do you sometimes visit the "Shows" page? (Where you can see tabs for "Popular," "Simulcast," "Update" etc?)

I visit that page a lot and every once in a while I accidentally click on "Remove from Queue" or "Add to Queue" when selecting a show to click into and don't notice until later. I seem to more often inadvertently add than remove, but both happen, and it has at least once caused me to get a week behind on something because I didn't notice it removed.

Thanks
This is certainly a possibility!
I never noticed how easy it is to accidentally remove something from the Queue simply by just seeing it on the Shows page.

I'll keep my eyes on my Queue and ensure I don't accidentally remove it this way.
If shows still disappear, I guess we'll have to continue the investigation.

In case anyone might still be having the same problem, here's what happened to me : I logged in today and my queue went from about 30 shows down to 5,and there appeared to be no logical pattern to what was removed or kept, some old series of never watched one of, some new ones I was in the middle of. Then I remembered I had turned on the Samsung Max app on my android device that I was trying to cast from, which also initiates a secure connection through VPN. Now I don't know where the Samsung Max vpn servers are located, but it seems that wherever they are is a place in which there is a very limited crunchyroll selection. I back out of crunchyroll, went and turned off the Samsung Max data saver /security function, went back into crunchyroll and voila, all my shows had returned to my queue. So, for those who suddenly and inexplicably lose your queued shows, check and see if you have a VPN on. Hope that helps!
