Hello everyone,

Does anyone experience any crashing when watching Anime on the Windows 10 app? I have been experiencing a lot of crashes. For example, I would watch 2 episodes of Pop Team Epic and then when I get to near the end of an episode the application would just close this also happens at anytime after I have watched the an episode. This is really disappointing as I want to catch up with what I have missed over the past year without using the online web player.

If anyone can think of a fix or something that would be great and if you think its hardware related it isn't as I am running on the newer Razer Blade Stealth with an Intel 8th Gen i7.

Thanks!

It crashes for me to after watching an episode. it usually crash at the begining of the next episode, around the 2 min mark. I'm thinking it's software and not hardware.

Same experience here. Trying to watch, moves on to next episode...crash. I've had it happen even after I paused the playback on the 2nd episode

It also seems to crash when I simply press the next episode button, after playing only a few seconds of the first episode. I can confirm the behavior on 2 different Win 10 devices.

I have a brand new laptop with Win10 and I can also confirm that it's a software issue and not hardware. I start up an episode and in mere seconds the app crashes, sometimes before the video itself even loads. I can get through an episode every three or four tries, and then when I skip to the next episode...CRASH. Again. And I repeat the cycle until I can't take it anymore.
It would be nice if we could get a fix for this, because having to open my browser to watch is much too complicated a process...especially when there is an app for convenience...

still not fixed. crashes whenever allowing the app to finish playing an episode and then a few seconds of playing another episode or pressing the next episode button. the only way to get around this is to press the back button before the episode finishes and then starting a new episode.

If I make it past 1 episode and not crash, it stutters like crazy. I'm on a 100 meg line that is extremely low latency.

No reason with my speed, should I stutter on vids.

windows 10 app is horrible.

The app doesn't seem to be able to Autoplay videos without crashing. I get through one episode and within 2mins of the next one loading, it crashes. Restarting the app will load straight from the last moment.

Also, the app doesn't recognise that I want to be in fullscreen, not windowed. So when I start a new episode, I get a windowed video and the instant I fullscreen, the app crashes on me.

I am running it at 2560x1440 - if that helps anyone!
