So every time I watch an anime such as My Hero Academia it freezes and this carries on to multiple animes which can only be resolved by refreshing the page. This will only happen on my pc while my phone is perfectly fine and I hope that I can resolve this issue of it freezing. (When the page freezes it leaves the play button frozen so if you click on it or the screen nothing happens.)

at what time are you logging in? there's a peak time on site and on the net itself. and how often do you clear your cache? sometimes it's best to do that, this can be found under options > privacy tab. this will clear it out and hope it works. do you have other tabs and/or other things running in the background? what's the age of said laptop, the older the laptop the longer the processor renders something causing a lag and/or freezing as well. as these are the most simple of issues to fix said issue, it could be something else. hopefully some of this is helpful to you, otherwise, mods and/or other members will happen along shortly to help you further. also, what adobe flash are you running with? sometimes outdated versions can cause issues such as freezing and crashing. also what browser are you using? for some odd reason Microsoft edge isn't the friendliest when it comes to streaming something, I've found chrome and firefox, even IE to be more enjoyable regarding streaming. regardless, hope this is resolved for you shortly and you can return to enjoying something lag/freeze free.

I log in all day and the problem doesn't change and also by options do you mean the settings tab on the far top right, also I have adobe reader XI, My computer is not old really at all and has an intel core 8 processor, I also use the most updated version of internet explorer. Thank you for the comment I'll most likely contact a moderator for this but thanks for the probable issues that could occur.
