My que is broken it says i dont have any shoes in my que and I haven't watched anything no watch history if i try to add shows to my que it says its already in there

I am having the same problem, usually there was just a lag but now it's just gone and I can't even pull up my past history ????????????????

Same! This needs to be fixed asap please. I don’t pay for the premium for nothing, I’m trynna waste my life on anime here. I’m sure we’re not the only ones experiencing this problem!Thanks.

I am having the same problem! I'm behind on Kuroko and Hunter x Hunter and all I want to do is see my shows! When I try to re-add my shows to my list, it says "This show is already in queue." Well if it IS in the queue...then why the HELL am I not seeing it! I tried to restart my ipad a few times, and I'm STILL having the same problem! We are NOT very happy about this!

The same problem happened to me and I followed what it said to help get everything fixed by uninstalling it but now every time I go to reinstall it it says, "Verification required. Tap Continue and sign in to view Billing information." I have to say it's pissing me off.

I had the same issue with my queue last night, but with the Android client. I think it was still showing up fine on the desktop site, but I hadn't checked the website since earlier in the evening. It started working again later in the evening. I'm guessing this is just related to general traffic congestion on Crunchyroll. I hope they improve their infrastructure--it's frustrating dealing with lag and outages every weekend.
