I just had a few random suggestions for Crunchyroll. None of these are all that important. This is just a list (in no particular order) of small changes that I think would improve the site.

1. "Start from beginning option." Whenever I watch an episode of an anime the next time I try to view it the video automatically starts at the end. I'll be honest I do not usually watch all the way through to the end of the credits so maybe that makes a difference. Either way it would be nice if there was the option to start from the beginning after I have already viewed an episode.

2. "Rate without review." I am not one to really type up a review on anything. I know reviews are helpful and honestly hats off to those who do review as they are helping others to discover anime. However, for those of us who would rather not leave a review but want to help improve the rating on an anime it would be nice if there was an option to rate without having to review.

3."Completed and Ongoing search options." I love that CR has simulcasts. Its one of the reasons I pay for the service. However there are times when I don't want to wait a week and want to binge watch a new anime. It would be nice to be able to filter animes based on whether they are completed or ongoing.

4. "Tags." Tags help with people looking for anime but they are often incorrect or incomplete. It would be nice if there was a way for people to update tags on anime. I'm not sure if tags are used in sorting when looking by genre, but if they are it would help there too since many anime do not show up under any genre.

5."Sort and Filter queue." I love that I can mark anime and save them to my queue but without a way to sort and/or filter my queue is just a really long list of anime I watch to watch. Being able to sort it by genre or even just alphabetically would make finding shows easier.

As I said before these are just random suggestions about things I noticed while on the site.

You can manually rearrange your /home/queue in any order you want... I like to keep mine in airing order and pop the next day's shows to the top every night.

Asharka, thanks for the reply. I know they can be moved manually. However I tend to add shows I want to check out but not right that minute. This means I add quite a bit to my queue as what I feel like watching changes often. I try to keep them organized but it can be annoying having to rearrange each one individually.

I use anime-planet.com for keeping lists like that, as I don't like to clutter my queue with anything I'm not actively watching. Others use myanimelist.com, kitsu.io, or quite a few others.

There used to be a list manager function here at one time where you could have as many lists as you can imagine, but they got rid of it, along wth favorites, and several other user-controllable features. The trend over the past several years has been for less user functionality, not more, so I think you'll be disappointed if you hold out a lot of hope that things will start going the other way anytime soon.

I'm pretty sure I will be disappointed regardless. It's not as if Crunchyroll is going to do anything about my suggestions. I doubt they really care what anyone thinks about the site so long as they are making money. I knew that when I posted. I just felt like making the suggestions.
