Am I the only one that hasn't been able to find the episode for Gundam Build Divers?

Edit: Nevermind. I found it. It was a rather roundabout way but I found it.

Any idea if Layton Mystery Tanteisha: Katori no Nazotoki File (Layton Mystery Detective Agency: Kat's Mystery-Solving Files) will be making it's way here? I'm almost chemically addicted to anything and everything Layton related.

What's with the hush-hush on Tokyo Ghoul :Re being on CR in the UK?

Not announcing it because it might make the americans who have 99.99% of the catalouge unhappy?

I'm a Texan who doesn't care if it doesn't come to the US.

Seems like several of the newer shows haven't been displayed in all the places one would expect even though technically they've launched. If the first episode has in fact already started simulcasting on CR, and if the simulcast calendar is geo-filtered, then you might see it there if you are in the UK or Ireland (which it appears you are) even though us peeps in the US won't -- if so, then you can click through to the episode from there. Try /calendar.

Since Crunchyroll haven't announced it on their news feed, Tokyo Ghoul:re did turn up in the end on the service - http://www.crunchyroll.com/tokyo-ghoul-re

The streaming locations are United Kingdom & Ireland only as Anime Limited acquired the license and added the series on here. Funimation will be adding it to their main site and Hulu, while it has been added to AnimeLab for Australia.

New episodes available each Tuesday at 9:15pm BST.

I always find it amusing when Americans get butthurt over stuff like this, considering how good we have it in general. If I were a Tokyo Ghoul fan I'd just sub to Funi to support it. It is a really interesting situation though.

I'm guessing they at least posted it to the lineup page since the number of boxes on it for those of us in the US shrank by one (from 18 to 17). That only happens when a title is added that is not available here.

Can you confirm it appears there?

Tbh the offerings are pretty paltry again this cour but... ful metal panic might draw me back for a premium membership this cour.. well for the first month guarenteed. After that.... we will see.

Tbh fmp is one of my favorite mecha anime and i felt it was left hanging so.... I hope they don't screw it up by turning it into another moe girls being moe thing.

Hmm just read above, if cr gets tokyo ghoul i am defonately in for this cour. That is in my top 10 and i'd love to see where it goes. Of course if hulu gets both i will watch there and pass again on a cr premium sub this cour.

Are we getting any comfy slice of life shows this season?

These haven't been announced for any service yet, but the first two will probably be on CR:

https://myanimelist.net/anime/36800/Amanchu_Advance
https://myanimelist.net/anime/36397/Shiyan_Pin_Jiating
https://myanimelist.net/anime/35756/Comic_Girls

(I say that not only because Paul thinks they will, but also because CR had Amanchu season 1 and the second is a Chinese project, which CR tends to get a lot of, and even co-produced in the case of A Centaur's Life)

Crunchyroll doesn't always get second seasons of animes just because they have the first one though. A recent example would be the second season of Hōzuki no Reitetsu, which Crunchyroll has the first season of on here, but Sentai got the second season last season and simulcast it on their Hidive service. And I can't remember any other names right now, but I know that that one isn't the only case where Crunchyoll has the first season and not the second one.

And to be clear, I do get what you're saying, and Crunchyroll does usually get the second season of an anime they already have, but I just wanted to point out that that isn't always the case.

To be fair, there is usually a reason behind Sentai getting the sequel to a series that was on CR. The reason is that most often the master license was one that was held by Sentai, and CR got the earlier series when both companies were on better terms.

CR gives as good as it gets, however, and you'll see some series that Sentai (and thus HIDIVE) have the earlier series of, but not the most recent. For example, you won't find Food Wars: The Third Plate or Fate/kaleid liner PRISMA ILLYA 3rei!! on HIDIVE, or in Sentai's catalog.
