The plot sounded interesting and I was surprised by the first episode (that Terminator reference ). This could grow into quite an enjoyable show. I'm looking forward to the next episode.

So jazzed to see this adapted. While the pacing felt a little odd (and fast?), I'm ecstatic from what I've seen so far! Hitomi was also introduced. On a side note, what subject is this even!? I don't recall drawing those curves in Math.

I haven't actually tried ikura/caviar, but Hina makes it sound delicious. I'm curious to see if nearby restaurants serve it (though caviar is rather expensive).

I really liked the shape of this overall but it felt a little too in media res to really get the full impact. I'm sure we'll get more details on both of the characters before too long but it might have worked better if they led off with them instead of just leaving them for whenever. This could be a fun ride, and maybe a much better version of what Alice and Zoroku tried to be.

lol, every class was in someway related to Namehage, a mythical monster used to scare children into being good.

Ah, you're right! I'm not familiar with the concept of Namehage, but I did notice it mentioned in the first class of that sequence. On my first watch, didn't quite realize that they carried that theme through the other classes. Looking at it again, there were "namehage" markings or drawings on the other classes.

One of the characters who developes in an interesting way over this series is the Class Rep.

Her interactions with Hina and ultimately the Yakuza turn her into kind of an amazing person.

Yes, because a pod with a face that lands on ur head, your just gonna ignore it lol. For someone the yakuza, he sure is accommodating. This show is off to a pretty funny start. Will continue to watch this show.

Episode 1

This one is a bit weird.

Entertaining for sure, but weird because of how monotone Hina acts. I also expected this to be the 4-koma kind of comedy, but there are some genuine moments.

I'd like to know more about Hina's origins and such.

Unlike everyone else here I was bored. Not that I couldn't see the comedic aspect but ....I'm not quite sure how to put it, it was somehow predictable and repetitive. It didn't help that Hina was a deadpan character.

There is just something about this show I really liked. From Nitta and Hina, to the absurdity of some of the comedy. I just quite enjoyed it all.

Leon the Professional is one of my favorite movies and this reminds me a lot of it, a bit more light-hearted and humorous of course, but still it reminds me a lot of it. Definitely going to keep an eye on this one for the time being.

I liked the character chemistry and the off kilter humor despite myself. I hope this show can keep things strong through out its entire run.
