I don't know what this is, but I love it.
And Hina may have psychic powers, but those pale in comparison to her true gift: the ability to turn people into caregivers. |

Comedy of the season.
Nitta reminds me of Shingo from Prison School. Good quality animation, it felt like Madhouse. |
Anime is my fuel in life.

That was fun / Nitta even though a gangster kinda is changing beacuse of Hina / Hina is not use to not being ordered around you wonder if she had it rough !
Hina is just OP / She is like Hibiki from Symphongear / Saitima -One Punch Man or Shigeo Kageyama -Mob Pyscho all rolled into one She demolished that rival gangster HQDRS A nice replacement for Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens / maybe not as hardcore violent but funny |

This kinda reminds me of mob psycho especially when Nitta looks like his sensei.

Episode 2 is now up, and 6:30am Pacific will be the time the show airs from now on after the first episode was delayed: http://www.crunchyroll.com/hinamatsuri/episode-2-this-is-how-you-have-a-superpower-battle
Episode 2 Another psychic alien has arrived in Anzu, and she's after Hina. Anzu caused quite a lot of trouble dining and dashing, but she needed to survive and she doesn't understand how things work in this world. In the end, Anzu is just no match for Hina, and seeing that it was her mission to kill her that she just takes Hina's hair to convince the higher-ups that she's dead. Just when it looked like all was well with Anzu having made a friend in Hina, she can't go home since her orb doesn't like water, all while Nitta is busy flirting with women while leaving her with only canned mackerel to eat. After being dragged into a bar, Hitomi ends up working as a bartender at Utako's place, and everybody there is making a big scene on the way to a girly club. Lots of crazy stuff happened here with Anzu's arrival, and Nitta getting wasted after bringing Hina and Hitomi along. Those girls sure have caused a lot of commotion. |

Girly club, Girly club, Girly club, Girly club, Girly club, Girly club, Girly club, Girly club!
Haha, this week's episode was gold. It's nice to see Anzu showing up too and confronting Hina in that rock paper scissors battle. The segment was gold for the "action" and animated sequence. Man, this episode is turning into my favorite comedy of the season. OP/ED theme songs are nice too. ![]() |

I came into this thinking it'd be a high action show, considering the main characters are a Yakuza and a psychokinetic girl. When Hina wiped out that rival gang, and every single one of them said "ouchy!" on the way out, I started to suspect I wouldn't be getting that. This second episode clinched it: this is a slice-of-life comedy. Well, since Hina does remind me of Mob a little bit, and the show is genuinely funny, I think I'm gonna stick with it anyway.

Last episode was mostly meh for me with a couple a moments that made me chuckle. This episode, however, is exactly what I was hoping for! Utterly absurd, laugh out loud humour, Hitomi becoming a bartender and then the "girly club" part at the end were the best! More please! Hold the mackerel.

Episode 2
The second episode we are introduced to Anzu who is also from the future and is looking for Hina. In the first day she takes out a biker gang and than starts causing problems like stealing food from connivence stores. Nitta knowing full well what Anzu can do gets Hina to take care of this and the funniest Rock–paper–scissors battle is held. After losing to Hina, Anzu spends time with Hina before going back to her time but than her device is damaged so she's stuck and homeless. The second part was the funniest because everyone knows that NItta has a daughter now and is spending a lot of money on her. So he starts going out more and just feeds Hina canned mackerel, so Hina asks Hitomi to help her follow Nitta and to avoid temptation buying food. They happen to arrive at Utako's bar before it opens and Hina leaves Hitomi there and Hitomi has to serve drinks to customers. Later Utako runs into Hina and has a small talk with her and when they return to the bar Hina tells Nitta she wants to go to a Girly club with him. This was the funniest part as they make a big commotion heading to the club and spent a shit load of money that now they have to hold back on buying stuff. The second episode was great and the addition of Anzu is going to be fun. Poor Hitomi is just going along with everything but hey at least she has a job now lol. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
