As expected things calmed down a bit, but that won't last I'm guessing. I honestly like the character designs even if their personalities aren't that great. Everything else felt the same as the previous episode, though they're doing a nice job teasing horror without showing it. It truly must be an art.

As for my thoughts, I'm not getting the vibe that this is implying satisfaction through suffering. If anything the pacing is going too fast for it to be a true sadist amusement park, if they really wanted to go for psychological effect they'd take their time with Aya's encounters. So far I'm not enjoying any characters, Aya will develop later on, her new friend is emotionless and paranoid and no one else appears to be into the story for the long run just yet. The plot device being impending doom doesn't sit that well with me, but execution is what matters most I guess. It has the feel of a glued together story that's being forced to work instead of having it's own life. If the cast is really supposed to be the hook they're gonna have trouble keeping viewers for this show if they don't turn it around fast.

Anyway, hopefully by episode 3 everyone will finally get the hint that this won't turn into a romance for the ages or a dark pokemon type of thing. What you see is what you get.

Lastly, is the full schizo word really censored on these forums?! Really? Some things irl are scarier than this show...

Episode 3

After using so many sticks Shioi body is in a bad state, so Aya and Tsuyuno try to find a magical girl with a stick with healing abilities. They look in the murder book that Shioi had and lucky for them they spot one of the girls in the book on tv who is a famous idol. They attend a fan event and use their sticks to speak to her in private but instead the idol Nijimin asks them to come over to her place. When they arrive they find out what her stick is which is a pair of panty's that lets her command anyone to do what she says. Also turns out that Shio killed one of Nijimin's friends so she is out for blood. In the end Sarina overhears Aya and Tsuyuno talk about magical girls and walks into Shio's room and see's one of the admins. Sarina hasn't forgotten what happened to her and is out to find out what exactly happened in the restroom. The admin is the first step too finding out. Also seems the brother is looking into what Aya has been doing.

Using all those magic girl weapons really fucked Shioi's body up, get to see damage the weapons does on someone. 3 episodes in and i am going to stick with this series until the end but its pretty dark. But definitely a weird episode with the panties and pet idols.

This series keeps getting better and better. Also that sweet ED. I need to save it in my hard drive.

So weird, either Sarina has a messed up home life too (after seeing Tsuyuno's backstory) or this site isn't very discriminating in who it makes a magical girl, no comment on Nijimin and her magical item or why something besides her eyes bleed loved the music video ED. This episode was a nice set up to what I can see as being some very messed up confrontations, everyone is either out for revenge or just a straight up psychopath, should be fun

Loving the crazy-faces. Lots of threads introduced in this episode that I'm sure will eventually weave into a tapestry of psychotic tragedy.

Unfortunate souls indeed.

Show is definitely pretty captivating. I'm also curious if it stays at roughly this tone for the rest of the season. If it does, then that first episode may have been a mistake, as it might have turned people off of an otherwise interesting show. It certainly almost did for me, anyway.

This is starting to feel like a dark comedy, and unlike a certain show from Fall 2017, this one actually feels intentional. It's like this show knows it's absurd and doubles down on it.

I continue to be glad that the pathos overload of the first episode has not been replicated. It is a shame that a chunk of the audience probably bailed after it because I'm finding this a very engaging show to watch. Liked the cliffhanger of Head Bully looking like she's going to become a Magical Girl, too.

I'm not sure how it could be considered offensive or taken as derogatory. I feel at least one of the characters is heading in that direction and it may be yet another one of those shows where we basically watch the MC lose their mind. We're already seeing Aya struggle to accept her new way of life, it's not like she has a choice either. For now she's the beacon of light in the dark world, but this really seems like the show that's not afraid to go into things like multiple personalities and dissociative thinking.

What I meant was: "did something happen that led you to believe it is a censored word on CR forums?"

If by "full schizo word" you mean "schizophrenic" or "schizophrenia" then no, it's not "censored" or prohibited. Whether or not a post that contained it was edited or deleted would depend on the context of the post and how the post was perceived. If it was used in a context that seemed to ridicule or demean real persons with mental health issues, then maybe a moderator would take some action if it was reported--but in that case it wouldn't matter if you were using the full word or an abbreviated version of it.

There are certain keywords, not just schizo that will prevent post preview and sometimes even making your comment fail to post on this site. I've come across several of them including some very strange ones that when removed from your comment will magically enable post preview again. I guess that's not the same as a full censor as you say, but it's absolutely a keyword along with many others that specifically do this. I type a lot more than most forumers to I run into this a lot more than the average user. I'm sure a few people have noticed this though. Trying to remember other keywords at the moment, I ran into this at least twice in writing reviews.

Well as you can see, I had no trouble at all making a post using the words schizophrenic and schizophrenia.

There are two things I know of that might cause something like that, aside from just momentary glitchiness -- which does sometimes happen. (Typically at those times you'll also notice intermittent problems getting pages to load, or slow loading.)

1) A very, very long post. I don't know what the exact character limit is, but the count would include anything you quoted or bbcode you used.

2) A post having nothing to do with the actual words but with how they are punctuated -- some things give an appearance of code that might do harm--that's something I have seen reports of (not of actual malicious code but of innocuous posts that gave that appearance--at least to an automated Cloudflare bot).

If you come across it again, you might want to take a screenshot of the error and what you were trying to post and post it in the Site Support forum.

I can't swear that some other kind of keyword bot detector is being used, but if it is, it's not something moderators have been told about, and to be honest this is the first I've seen anyone seriously suggest such a thing as happening on CR's forums.
