Hey guys i know there has been a few forums like this one but most of them are outdated or the anime on the list is not on CR anymore. I just watched Citrus a few days ago and really enjoyed the whole girls secretly loving each other aspect of it. Im new to Yuri anime that was my first actually , i watched Sakura trick today but i would really like some recomendations from anyone about any other decent Yuri anime on CR. I would prefer a show that actually focuses on the Yuri aspect like the two i mentioned above. Im sure there are others who would like to see some kind of list put together as well thats kind of my goal here. Thanks

Sweet Blue Flowers (traditional yuri romance)
Yurikuma Arashi (more a surreal take on the acceptance of embracing the yuri lifestyle)
Riddle Story of the Devil (Action-oriented love story the yuri way)

There are others here like Cross-Ange (which has more 80s teen movie style yuri than romance style) and Netsuzou Trap -NTR- (which is about a darker side of yuri love) but these don't quite fit the mold you mentioned. Yuri is kind of rare at CR which is a shame because there are quite a few good shows in the genre.

Yeah, straight up yuri is pretty under represented on CR though, to be fair, it's also pretty under represented everywhere. There's a lot of yuri manga out there but very little of it makes it to anime form. Maybe (hopefully) with the success of Citrus that will change.

If you open the gates to allow for yuri subtext in all sorts of genres then you would arguably have too many shows that include it simply because it's an easy way to generate heat or buzz. Pretty much any show that has at least two female characters indulges in this to some degree, and it's pretty sad to see the genre (and the sexual orientation as a whole) sold out like this. That said, there are some pretty decent shows that do go for subtext on a level that is clearly more than just fan baiting even if they won't/don't push things to full yuri levels.

Anyway, for recommended yuri shows on CR off the top of my head:
Sweet Blue Flowers
Sasameki Koto
Citrus
Sakura Trick
Yurikuma Arashi
Hina Logic (it appears a typical Cute Girls show but opens up as definitive yuri later on)

Riddle Story of the Devil is fine but I didn't find it overly enjoyable enough for it's yuri elements or other elements to really recommend it. Your opinion may differ though as I know some people do like it quite a bit. Of course, NTR is there, but I wouldn't personally recommend it to pretty much anyone. The production values are visibly tiny and the shorter episode length basically forced them to cut out all of the actual character building that was in the manga (and there frankly really wasn't much there to cut out to begin with).

Granted i watched Sweet Blue Flowers last night and even though there was only maybe one kiss in the whole show it was a fantastic story about yuri love and accepting who you are . I would definitely change my first statement about wanting shows just like Citrus or Sakura Trick to any kind of yuri romance. I would still like it is we had more main character yuri romances instead of subtext romances that are only partial to the anime but from what iv'e gathered through discussion CR doesn't have many of those at this point. Thank you for the suggestions i plan on watching Yurikuma Arashi later on today. If i find anymore that are decent stories ill post them on here so anyone can try them out.

Sasameki Koto is the only show I have seen mentioned i cannot seem to find. CR has it listed but i cant actually watch it and Funimation doesnt have it all together.Other than that all the ones mentioned above are currently on CR in the US.
