So my girlfriend bought me a 1 year subscription, Gift Memberships, for crunchyroll, on this account, but I still got billed normally for this mouth instead of using the redeemed 1 year gifted membership. How do I fix this? I tried finding a phone number, no luck, and the contact page didn't even give me a case number, or anything, so I have no idea if the message went through.

Their responses are via email, first an auto-response, then later, sometimes a couple of days, a human response. A lot of email providers send CR email to the spam folder, so you should check there. I had to add [email protected] to my contact list so that the spam filters would be bypassed. Depending on your provider, you may need to do the same, or even possibly ask if they are filtering from there.

A gift membership doesn't automatically kick in if you are already using a method where it renews automatically. You'll need to cancel your monthly renewal. Then once the period you've already paid for ends, the gift membership should take effect. I believe that does happen automatically if you've already redeemed it, but once an actual support person responds to your contact message they should be able to confirm more specifically.
