My ip address has been banned from accessing the website and i have no idea why? I am unable to to use the support forum from my home to try and resolve this issue, any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

if you can't get to the /contact form, try reaching support by emailing [email protected] You'll probably want to give more info than is in this thread though, but I don't actually know exactly what they would need to ascertain the reason for your IP address being blocked.
