Hmm fair enough question and am surprised I missed this one.
OK I'll do both for the anime and manga only and both:
Both: Greed by far, THOUGH his story and evolution in the manga is far more intriguing and I don't want to spoil more than that.
Anime: Lust-She was far better used and more involved in the overall story of the anime than the manga for now.
Manga: Pride: Here this will be one of the differences since Bradley is Wrath NOT Pride. I won't give more on who it is.

I have to say, WRATH because he reminds me of myself *sighs* plus, in the end (of the anime) he turns good and helps Ed and Al...and he's hyper which is not something to be ashamed of!

My favorite homunculus is Envy. As for why I like him, I'm not entirely sure. His tempermental attitude, andrygonous looks, and the fact that he has the power of shape-change are all pros in my book.
Lust used to be my 2nd favorite sin, but now I'm really starting to be interesting in Pride, the original sin.
