Hmm, i couldn't decide on which of them i like the best but heres the ones i like the most :

Kuchiki Byakuya (Bleach - The most wickest bankai in Bleach, :D)
Uchiha Sasuke (Naruto - Imo, the best character in Naruto, untill he actually goes to Orochimaru)
And Roan (Ragnarok The Animation - Crusaders just kicks ass ( I play Ragnarok Online myself.. ^^)
