I did a quick search to see if someone had the same problem on Android, but only found a thread for iOS. As the title mentions, the queue isn't updating and for awhile now. I have been watching Slam Dunk and it had updated all the watched episodes properly until episode 89. After that it just stopped updating. For example, I watched episode 90, then went back and it doesn't show that I have already watched that episode. In the meantime I finished the remaining 12 episodes without it updating any of them.

I tried logging off and on and reinstalling, but didn't work. I also have Android version 7.0, if that helps.

I get this too in Android. It does't update the progress of viewed videos in the list of video page. I tried clearing and Cache and stopping the app but didn't help.

The desktop browser version is fine.

I've been having the same problem as well. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache, and restarting my phone. At this point I've resorted to checking the website on my phone to figure out what new and what's been watched if I don't remember.

I've been encountering the same issue. I'll watch an episode and the progress bar won't update. I use a Samsung Galaxy S8, I've streamed from cell data(3G and 4G) <--(my connectivity varies hehe) and from WiFi. App version is 2.1.10. My phone's OS(Android version as listed in the device info) is currently on the 8.0.0 version. When viewing from cellular data the bar does update but, not from Wi-Fi. I primarily watch from Wi-Fi, and re-watching from cellular data is quite inefficient.

Sincerely,

TribalHavoc

Having the same issue. Queue won't update for Gintama and the episodes I've watched don't show in history.

Sadly this has been a problem for years, episodes show only partially viewed of not even viewed at all. It can be really annoying when your watch list is so extensive or you bounce around between series. But, I don't know if it will ever get fixed.. it's been going on for awhile now even after their server updates. Seeing as how they get constant requests for sorting options [instead of manually setting up your show order] yet haven't done anything of the sort with that either I'm not super confident.

FTFY...That would really piss me off if they took manual ordering away, it's one of the things I really like being able to do.

But yeah, this and many other improvements that could be made to make CR a better service, probably are never going to happen.
