Do you believe in horoscopes, and do you take them seriously?
Personally, I don't , because people are so different that they can't be Generalized just upon the sign star.

I believe I am human.

I seen some of my blood today.

To answer your question, I'm definitely a Virgo.

I have a friend who likes knowing other people's zodiac signs and then she'll try to guess our personality and what our likes and dislikes are. There are other people who believe that knowing someone's blood type would also determine these factors.

I used to read Horoscopes but it kind of ruined my life hahaha.... I was superstitious of it. In the end, I just believe that life is what you make it... Not what the stars aligned will say.

As others have said, the thing with horoscopes is that they appeal to those who are superstitious.
Generalizations that can identify with are the bane of vanity.
Just because a few sentences speak out about your personality that you can nitpick and claim "Hey, that's me!" doesn't mean that every word that the same site/person will be profoundly accurate.
It makes life easier for some.
The idea of following the words that suggest "this is how your day will be".
It's a bit like a mental placebo - allowing the words to influence how you perceive your day, for better or worse.

Astrology is one of those things in which participation doesn't necessarily mean that a person seriously believes in it, or is even superstitious in the slightest. It's more of a passing hobby than anything else.

Personally, I don't believe, and I don't follow horoscopes. I do think astrology is fun, though.

one can look into it and take it as a grain of sand, because "going to meet a stranger" will happen to a lot of people. but to take it all into consideration might not be a good idea. however, the animal/sign we're born under is typically correct, to a point, to explain the person as a whole, in my opinion. at least for the people I've come into contact with and learn of their animal sign.

I have refrained from believing in Horoscopes are I began to question the origin of horoscopes and the credibility. If describing my love life and my comportment was that easy from observing an alignment of stars, why is that knowledge not common to all people on this planet and who was the first individual to create horoscopes.

I'll be the first to point out that something like 80% of the people in this thread are not even the sign they think they are thanks to shifting star alignments over time and some of you might even be a sign ( the 13th one ) that's not included in typical astrology. Because the "science" behind astrology is BS much like astrology itself and has little to no correlation to the actual stars in question.

I'm Aquarius for example but in actuality I was "born under" Capricorn.

Yep. You're basically cold reading yourself.

Ok Bill Nye, settle down

I don't choose, it chooses me, and it doesn't support my days or nights because of it. I don't read the daily or monthly horoscopes, I simply base my life and personality off of the most logical conclusion.

Virgo. Its about 80-90% correct if you want to fine tune all the details.

I'm sure if people really looked hard at their life they can tell you what they really are, who they are.
