Well I was at the Aniplex Panel for this in AnimeExpo and they premiered the first episode before CR released it .
The producers were watching the crowd as the show was playing and they were happy with the audience reaction and yes, Maeno san was there. No Kana though. Aniplex will have to pay tons of money to get her to come

But I was happy to see and hear in person Maeno san and then get his autograph and then get to tell him in Japanese that I was happy and greatful to meet him and yes he responded

I think this one is produced well, the animation is pretty good, there is so many things going on in the background that you have to watch it over and over. Being a professional in the medical industry, I find this one very amusing in many ways.

The platelets were so cute and the moment Daisuke Ono yelled , I thought he is a T Lymphocite and I was right. It made me laugh.

this anime is pretty good! my wife is a nurse and half the time when she talks about work, i have no idea what she's on about. this anime really makes me understand the little things of how cells interact with the human body. maybe one day i can relate to what my wife is talking about haha!

Don't let their cute faces fool you. Those little buggers are just waiting for the chance to give you a heart attack.

A real one. Not a kawaii induced one.

If germ cells are introduced, we may know they are in a man or a woman body.

Almost feels like I'm learning biology from this anime.

Staphylococcus aureus is a term I'll remember for a good whiel after episode 2. The germs and bacterias all looks pretty malvolent and alien-ish looking.

White Cells are also the heroes we need and deserve.

Episode 2

The skin has been breached as the person has suffered a scrape wound. And with a scrape wound, bacteria invades causing the red blood cells to scramble. But it's the White Blood Cells to the rescue as they are the first line of defense. Then the Platelets take care of the rest by creating a fibrin net to form a clot and close the wound to keep bacteria out while the skin is rebuilt. This show continues to knock it out of the park with the great depictions of the human body.

These germs thought they had a chance but they underestimated our cute platelets.

This is an amazingly imaginative show. It's like those nefarious apps you load for children, "They won't even know they're learning math!". Anyways, dark horse of the season.

This anime seems to gives a more realistic depiction of the cells in the human body compared to Osmosis Jones, Ozzy and Drix, and Il était une fois... la vie. Compared to the three previous shows, the society, systematic social relation, and technology in this anime setting are more faithful to the cell's ecology in the human body. The traits and morality of the characters are also more faithful to the cells that they represent although the human cells are too anthropomorphic compared to the characters that represent foreign cells. Another difference is that the anime does not show the human host nor the world outside of the body.

There's just as much action in this show as AOT. Invasions, walls breaking/cities crumbling, first responders defending with blades, gore flying...

All that plus super adorable platelets.

I'm almost embarrassed by how utterly delightful I find this show. I love the tone shifts... the white cells show up to do battle and it's like characters from Berserk wandered into some CGDCT anime by mistake. Adorable platelets and over-the-top violence, what more could I ask for?

My only annoyance is that they don't show pictures of the real versions, as part of the introductions. Otherwise very fun and imaginative.
