Apparently, my thread was reported to moderators, even though I haven't done anything wrong with it. Why is that?

I don't see anything wrong with it. Apparently the mods didn't either, as the reported notice is gone now.

Maybe someone had a grudge, or benignly, but mistakenly, thought you were asking for advice, which would go in a different forum... Just guessing.

people can report threads and posts for any reason. that does not mean the thread or post itself violates any rules or that any actuon will be taken against the user. sometimes people report a thread that has been made in the wrong section (so that a mod can move it t to the appropriate forum section)

When first posted, it contained what seems to be a major spoiler for Zeta Gundam and that was not behind a spoiler tag. Either you or a moderator did add a spoiler tag after it was reported, and as you can see, the report was cleared.

You sometimes won't know why something was reported. From past experience I can say that sometimes people report things as a prank just to be a nuisance, or because they don't think a human being actually sees the reports and they are goofing around, or simply because they don't agree with what someone says.
