love how people think free speech exists on 4chan. anyone that actually posts there will tell you it's heavily moderated. moot himself has said free speech never existed on 4chan (https://www.rollingstone.com/culture/culture-features/4chans-overlord-christopher-poole-reveals-why-he-walked-away-93894/ "When I ask him if there’s free speech on 4chan, he doesn’t flinch. “No,” he says. “Not in the absolute sense. There never has been, ever.”"). in fact, all discussion on major internet forums and platforms has always been heavily moderated. people only think "free speech" existed once upon a time on the internet because there used to be no consequences for getting away with saying whatever you want. but, surprise surprise, the internet is now integrated with social interaction, and now it's not so easy to get away with spouting racial slurs.

"free speech on the internet" is a myth propagated to further some really retarded policies.
