that place is called: Nihal Desert; it divided into 2-parts Ariant and Magatia. there is also suppose to be a PvP Coliseum in that town, but i haven't checked since is only on KoreanMS, JapanMS, ChinaMS, and TaiwanMS

in MapleSEA you just have to pay 3000meso to the tour guide and u get to go to mushroom shrine and showa... no bird involved... =)
