I was surfing the net earlier....And, I saw this article:
http://www.gamesarefun.com/news.php?newsid=8601

But, seriously...Just when did they copyright the use of zombies in media? They even had the nerve to say that it was too "similar" to Dawn of the Dead. When there was a disclaimer at the start of the game that said this game was not developed, approved or licensed by the owners or creators of George A. Romero's Dawn of the Dead." >_>

why not sue the whole game industry. i mean i bet the movie industry would love that becuz they know that animation is ruling the entertainment world now. i mean new line is looking for a quick buck to make and found an easy way. i don't get it why the gamin industry gets so much crticizm. seriously it makes me wonder if the movie industry is scared of gaming cuz most of the actors are playing gaming roles. take example like samuel L jackson, john voight, christopher walkens.

Feels like New Line is trying to cash in on the recent successes of Capcom. I mean Dead Rising came out quite a while ago, might as well sue them for RE for having zombies in an urban area!

That's ludicrous.

Can I sue Kirby for telling kids it's okay to overeat?

Yeah, it's like New Line has people surfing the internet all day trying to find something remotely related to something that they copyrighted, so they can make a quick buck. >_>
