allen walker's eating feats are pretty good. but a few minutes is nothing compared to eating a whole cart of food in 0.01 sec. that's what luffy did.

I'm not sure about fastest overall, but the fastest I've seen would be Kirari and her cat Naa-san from Kirarin Revolution. Eating piles of food so quickly.
Yup...either them or maybe Mokona from Tsubasa Chronicle who can suck entire objects into its mouth in the blink of an eye.
