two may be a necessity... one for business, the other for family and friends, but anymore and that's a waste of money i think.

I think its luxury but if you lose one then you wouldn't worry about it but then think of the bad possiblities that can happen

It's a luxury in general, though I personally would consider it more of a hassle. But for some people in certain occupations it's a necessity. In example, my one of my friend's mom is a doctor, and she has one ordinary phone and another phone for emergencies when she'll need to rush to hospital.

if its two for like using one as personal and one as business it ok but if its just for personal use it overkill

WOW! So rare... In fact... I don't have one either. It's incredibly useful, but I don't know how people are so obsessive with they're cellphones.

sometimes a nuisance... i got two phones, i always forgot the other one when i go to work. the other phone got a lot number for business, the other for my family. but i often use where i got my family number, it gets really annoying if i forgot to charge the other, some company might call me, and i missed it! i think its better to have one phone only...

For me one is enough but how could you travel with really expensive cellphone here on my country if you wanted to ride a "Jeep or Bus" dont bring your expensive one or bad guys will try to snatch if from you so you can buy a old model and bring it alaways when you will travel without your own car=]

I was there last month. I don't even want to drive in the Philippines from how intimidating the traffic is alone.

As for the phones, maybe it was just 'cause I was in the urban areas for most of the time, but everyone I saw had cell phones on them, and they weren't exactly cheap models.

Some were lucky and because good models w/ cam this time was too cheap now.My Aunt's and Uncle's cellphones and money was snatch when they were riding on Jeep.Did you had a vacation on Philippines?

I went there for two weeks for family.

One is a necessity, and two may also be a necessity for businessmen and others that need to work.
But if you're not working and you have two phones, then it's a luxury.
