for beginners, a video you've already watched should be automatically downloaded in your temporary internet files unless you keep erasing it w/ other programs or set it to deleting it. For Vista users, you'll need File Maven Pro to open up the file. All other OS should be pretty easy.

Because it's shitty quality compared to the original version. If your standards are that low then fine, you can watch that flash video file.

i have to say, I paid for higher quality, but it's still shitty. flash videos can be converted to other files. I do it all the time and put it on my ps3. so you're saying when we download, we get the ORIGINAL version w/ the dvd quality? I don't think you have enough disk space. Anyway, this site is way better than aznv.tv, that is why i rather pay to watch it.

If you payed for it, yes you could download the original file that was uploaded by the user. Many times it's a very good quality video. But that doesnt matter anymore since the feature is being scrapped.

i've never put videos here before, but don't you have to convert it to avi to upload it here? if that's the case, all the videos wouldn't be original quality.

Shinji made the right decision, why go here if you will just download, you can always go to torrents sites right, it just mean that you go here to stream or forum, thats all that there is to it

People only convert them if the file is over 300 megabytes and what I usually do is split the files into 2-4 parts and retain the exact same video quality. Even if it's converted to AVI using an Xvid codec, the quality is usually still great. You'll barely notice the difference unless they're converting a 1400 mb movie down to 300 mb.

So videos on here that are 30 minutes or less in length, are usually less than 300 mb which means the quality is left as is for the original file. That basically includes all of the Anime series (not the movies), the whole Music Video section, Game section and Member section.

The Drama section has a lot of split or downscaled videos since almost all of them are over 50 minutes long (and naturally would have to be larger than 300 Mb to have crisp quality), so you'll encounter quality issues or have to deal with a bunch of split files in those sections.

But once again, it doesn't even matter anymore. We may even set up a better system with torrents.

Oh, that makes me sad. I love downloading, especially the HK dramas. I put them on my mom's computer, because she doesn't really know how to watch it through the website. And of course I like having it on my Ipod. I hope it comes back. I joined crunchy roll just for the downloading.

...Okay, I'm a little depressed with not being able to download because of connectivity issues at home. I usually download at work and convert the files to DVD for home viewing. HELP!!!! Will there be another way? Nonetheless, this is by far the best site on the net, thank you very much Shinji and the MODS!!!
