I've been toying with the idea for a week, so we'll see how this goes. I haven't told anyone so you're all the first to hear about this.

Basically I, and whatever other mod who wants to participate, will tag an anime or drama series with "'BasouKazuma's Pick" (For any other mod just replace my username with theirs) at the very end of the anime series' description. So you just type "BasouKazuma pick" (using an apostrophe messes up the search a bit, so i left it out) in the search field and it will give you my list of recommended anime. I've only tagged one anime as of now just to test it out but I should have the rest up in a little while. If you're reading this, try it out now to see what I'm talking about.

If a non-mod is nominated by enough people to have their own list of picks, I might allow them in on this too. But don't push your luck. By that i mean no shameless advertising in this thread or anywhere else on the forum. You may PM me and other members that you normally PM or talk to but don't try to hard and definitely don't bother random people with your PMs.

If there's little to no interest in this, I might just can the idea. So what do you guys think? (be brutally honest)

Ah, found a problem. Don't use an apostrophe (') when searching it screws with the results a bit when you go to the second page. Just search, BasouKazuma pick.

No offense, but I feel Spirited Away is excellent.

Spirited Away didn't suck. It was horribly overrated though. Many people seem to think it's better than Mononoke Hime.

I haven't watched Death Note. Been busy.

Edit: It only repeats if you use an apostrophe when you search. Leave out the apostrophe.

I put my name in the series description. Just type 'BasouKazuma pick' in the search bar.

Only Pewee and myself have a list right now. The others havent done it yet.

mreh, i can see why it would be an ok idea, but i think the mods are just elevating themselves even higher over the rest of the CR users, if you want to recomend anime, just put it in the "reccomend anime" thread

But we're mods so OBVIOUSLY our opinion is too important for that stupid thread

It just occured to me that people have the ability to add entire series to their favorites now, so can't people just use our profiles?
