Maybe just a funny customer that put some H-Cl (Kind of acid) on those...

That would be nasty

I just read the whole article. I used to get the same injuries as her from wearing latex flip flops made from China only not as severe.

Those topless sandals look pretty cool, but I wonder if it will stop being sticky if too many residue is collected on the sticky side.

She's probably related to the mom who sued McDonald for spilling HOT coffee on herself.

You all don't bother reading beyond the first link eh?

These strapless things last for 1 year, and doesn't collect residue. You have to keep it sticky by putting the plastic sheet back after use and proper care though. It's useful for people who just did their pedicure, or are padding around the beach, or just walking short distances to elsewhere without getting their feet dirty. Very useful for travels, think about it being easy to keep; it's flat.

A normal looking pair of flip flops for $2.88. Why wouldn't anybody buy/wear them? What can it do to your feet, right?

I find this disturbing that such a thing happened. I'm SO glad I haven't seen such a pair of flip flops in Singapore. Be sure to avoid that design

I can't believe she made so many pics of her feet, I tried to scroll down quickly to get away from them ( foot phobia and her feet were ugly >.< ), but only more pics appeared and they became more and more ugly Is she stupid or something? Also there's a propability of a rubber allergy. For example my hands are allergic to wet rubber ( don't ask me to explain ).

And last but not least, she deserved punishment for buying flip-flops with such an awful design.

An allergic reaction does not get WORSE after removing the offending item...not like that. My first thought was that someone tainted the shoes (already mentioned). I'm allergic to latex (not severely), and I get reactions and rashed from things that most people are tolerant, but never like that. That looks like a burn...a bad one.

^ahoj...the reason she took so many pics of her feet was to document for her lawyer. She has a pretty solid case against WalMart and the shoe company. If it's a case of tampering, then they should both have been willing to look into the problem, and look at a recall.

Thankfully, I haven't seen those flip-flops here, since I would have bought them for all my girls. (can you imagine having 6 small children with those problems??)

Thanx for the warning!

Well I guess it serves walmart shoppers right hehe. I think i`ll stick with my fluffy bunny slippers and stay warm and cozy in them Or maybe my garfields not some shitty slippers. Besides its obvious you get wat you pay for. This actual statement can actual stick now.
