Is there an anime you watched off of YouTube, which you'd like to be identified?

Can't find a cheap place to buy your Anime DVD's?

Well, here's the thread where you can ask any general questions regarding anime. The Anime HELP thread ~ similar to the General section HELP Thread, but specifically catered to answer your anime related questions. :)

I'll update the first post for any common responses to questions, so make sure to check the first post often. :)

~ It doesn't have much information at the moment, but it contains some sites where you can purchase anime DVDs.

[6/29/2013 --lorreen] this was previously a combined anime/manga thread. I just added a separate MANGA help thread over in the Manga forum. So Anime help goes here, Manga help goes there:

^Only 108 MB? That's bad, you really need to delete some stuff off your hard drive, it's not good for your PC either. If there's nothing you can delete, get an external hard drive or burn some large files onto a CD, so you can get it off your hard drive.

^ you are soo insecure... Loosen up, you're not hijacking the thread, and we're glad to answer your questions, right gus?

(about your HD... that's just so sad... it's like it came from the devonian period... 10GB? Some external HDs aren't that expensive. Look for the ones that need an external powerpack, because they are much cheaper than portable ones. My 250GB external HD cost me a little over $100. )

If you only have 108 mb on your hard drive, I wouldn't even think about using torrents. You don't have enough space to download anything it seems. Before you do anything I would first try to improve your computer's performance. Try defragmenting your computer and that may be able to fix somethings, but your best bet is to get an external HD like everyone else said. If not CDs are your best bet.

Is it okay for me to ask which anime certain clips are from? I found an anime panchira video and I wanted to identify some anime included in the video. I started a topic on this about an hour ago, but I think it was deleted (I assume that people confuse panchira with hentai).

Yes that is why the main reason this thread was made.
I locked your topic (http://www.crunchyroll.com/showforumtopic?id=10677)
because we use this thread for things like this.

Yami no Matsuei or Descendants of Darkness has a really great opening called Eden and I know it has a purely piano only version but I can't find the music score anywhere, can someone help me out?

Okay. Well, here is what I would like to know:

I hope it's okay to post this anime panchira video on this thread. I just need some help identifying the anime from which the clips are from.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=oYjUwqumXdI

From what animes are the clips at 0:53, 1:04, 1:33, 1:36, 2:07, 2:20, 3:00, 3:04, 3:29, 3:34, 3:40, 3:52, and 3:57? Are any of the anime series these clips I listed available for viewing on this site?

that's some old school stuff there, but i figured it would be when i saw Lum above your user name. can't say i recognized any of the ones at the time marks you mentioned (though one did look a bit like sailor mercury, but i wouldn't put any money on that). you may want to try figuring out some of the titles mentioned in the opening and going from there. there might be some agent aika in there though, it's an older anime thats pretty much nothing but an excuse for pantie shots.

btw, it's cool seeing people under 30 appreciating some of the older classic anime. i'm starting to get into it a bit myself since i ignored it pretty thoroughly when i first got into anime.

Yeah, I tend to prefer old school anime such as Urusei Yatsura and Lupin the 3rd. The character designs of a lot of the newer anime strike me as grotesque.
