Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but, I've been looking been looking for a new anime to watch any ideas anyone can give me.

I so far watched : ( Don't mention D Grayman, /Hack)

Sword Art Online
Code Geass
One Piece
Death Note
Full Metal Alchemist + Brotherhood
Clannad
Angel Beats!
Sailor Moon
Fairy Tail
Soul Eater
Hunter X Hunter
Accel World

Really liked these animes.
If anyone can give me some ideas I would really appreciate it!

Another, similar dark psuedo-psychological themes to death note but much more interesting in my view
With code geass theres obviously Rahxephon or Evangelion (or both)
Clannad and Angel beats are both kinda, bitter sweet romance style anime. I would say Natsuyuki Rendezvous is great for that sort of thing, though it is much more.... grown up? (bad description) than either of those.

Thanks for the reply I'll be sure to check em out.

Blue Exorcist
Kaze no Stigma
To Aru Majutsu no Index
Chrome Shelled Regios
Nurarihyon no Mago
Beelzebub

Also, Sengoku Basara seems like you you might like but I haven't gotten around to seeing it yet so I'm hesitant to recommend it to you. It's looks pretty good though so I'll leave it to your discretion on whether to watch it or not.

Well he's not on this list
http://www.anime-planet.com/characters/tags/eye-patches?page=1

Artwork looks familiar but can't place it. Argh.

If it's a video game character, I'll never fgure it out.

Where did you find the image?

The character style is similar to Masamune Date from Sengoku Basara.

I'm pretty new to Japanese Anime and manga, however I'm currently watching Hunter X Hunter which was suggested by one of my college Professors and reading Deathnote which was suggested by one of my good friends. Anyone have any good titles I should watch?
So far I've watched Gurren Lagann, xxxHolic, Samurai Shamploo (I'm waiting to finish the Deathnote manga before I watch the anime). What I look for in Anime is action, adventure, comedy, maybe even horror too. Also, I love any type of fighting scenes ^_^

@ lilone_x
Thats like ultra broad;
Baccano (Guns and mobsters and stuff)
Durarara (can't really say much without spoiling?)
Trigun (Oldie but a goodie westerner guns, future)
Monster (Might feel a bit slow but really really good Not too much action more mystery it gets really intense sometimes and is one of my faves)
Madoka (Magic girl show but its not what you think lol)
A Certain Magical Index (super powers Magic vs tech)
Sword art online (Video games themed kid with sword)
Accel world (Video games themed, sci fi)
Moribito (This one I personally like alot)
blue Exorcist (Demons and stuff, kid with sword)
fate/zero (though you might wanna watch fate/stay night first)
Angel beats (Guns, funny, and sometimes sad)
Code geass (kinda like death note with mechs I guess.)
Theres always gundam like gundam00
Some of those you gotta watch on hulu though or funi. I think monster is on youtube.

well you can find other ones too those are just ones i've seen.
Thats all I got for action
For funny there is haruhi, season 2 is shit though.
I don't really want to do another list so I'll stop there lol.

Seeking help finding the name of an old anime movie. It was a long time ago when i was 4 or 5 but there was an anime movie that i had saw and would like to watch it again. I cannot remember that much of it though as its been a long time. But in it There was a tree in a spaceship and one male who had to protect, if i recall right, a princess. But near the end she goes into a pod (plant) to save everyone. I believe she had white, or even green, hair but due to it being so long ago i cannot recall. But i know if i saw some of it i know i would remember it all.

I think it could be Origins: Spirits of the Past. The main guys hair is white and it's about forests and trees and stuff.

Thanks for the response but that was not it. The movie would have been made in late 80's - early 90's.

Anybody have any idea on where I can find Eureka Seven legally? For some reason, no sites that reported about their international streaming site have a link to it, and it's dropped off the face of Hulu for no apparent reason. I mean, all they're doing is ending physical distribution, so..

At the moment, no one is offering Eureka Seven legally. This is probably because of Bandai dropping their distribution rights. Until some other company picks up the license, it is in limbo. However, since Funimation already has Astral Ocean, I would expect them to eventually pick up the original series. No idea on when this would happen.
