Hey guys, I'm looking for a website that lists anime from every year and also gives a synopsis with it. There is just too much material to sift through. I'm wondering if there is any website that offers a list and synopsis of anime from every year, kind of in this sort of fashion:

http://anichart.net/winter

This isn't quite that finely configurable, but you could poke around here with it ordered by newest to oldest air time... Not sure if you have to sign up to see this page though... http://hummingbird.me/anime/filter/newest?page=2&y%5B%5D=2010s

You have to click to get the synopsis for each show, but you can be clever about that and do a right-click/open in new window instead. That way you can close the new window when you're done with each one and be back where you left off on the main sorted page...

Yes, this one is pretty similar: http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=calendar I'd recommend adjusting the "month" to "Spring" and the "year" to whatever year u want. And whenever u get done looking thru a particular season, I would recommend clicking on "next" and it'll automatically take u to the next season of that same year, unless u were looking at the last season of that particular year (which is Winter), in which case, it'll automatically take u to "Spring" of the next year. So it works pretty nice! XD
The link doesn't work. - so u might have to be signed up, perhaps. But u can still get in thru here: http://hummingbird.me/anime/filter/

"Sorry, due to licensing limitations, videos are unavailable in your region."

Guess that explains it. -_-

Does anyone know if anime movies are subtitled for their US premiere? For example, the new Madoka movie this December. I've never been to one but I'm considering...

I'm not certain if all the details have been announced, but the past two Madoka movies have been subtitle-only, so I'd expect the same for the third, especially when it premieres.

Sometimes in anime I see something that I think is a folklore story: when a person is at the edge of a lake or a river, a lady will rise and she holds one thing on each hand, then she asks the person to choose one to take. Does anyone know what is the name of the story so that I can look it up on the Internet? Thank you.

Possibly has origins in a story adaptation of one of Aesop's Fables:
