ok I don't remember the name and I've been looking for it everywhere it was a movie I believe. O.K what I do remember about it,

There was this Sadistic blond girl everyone called her " ( name here i forgot ) the sadist"
There was a chariot thing and the guy in it i think was a ghost or a phantom and he was like a physic or something, there was a rebellion going on and at the beginning that sadistic woman turned one of the rebel girls into gold. I hope that helps please help me this is really annoying me. <3 !

Trying to find this anime I saw like 6 years ago. I remember it was in English, Im pretty sure it was an anime.

It took place in the future and cars controlled themselves. And then there were cops who actually controlled cars. And the cops go around trying to stop cars from going out of control. I think it starred two women and a boy.

Any advice would be great. Thanks!

Theoretically speaking will the power of alchemy still work if a character is on a different world? -- Meaning does the power of alchemy stay with a person because of the knowledge he has about how to use alchemy or is it a power tied to the FMA world so when he leaves that world, he loses those powers?
