Based on the questions which have been popping up in this thread and comparing that with my question here that I've quoted above, it seems like mine is really out of place. Everyone has been asking about how to find certain anime or where to download or things of that nature but nothing that seems to be anime-specific. My question is, what kinds of topics deserve their own thread and which ones don't and how do you distinguish?
