I had founf it...it's just a gif picture that girl's friend made for her in the style of panty&stocking .
and, i have to tell you that i am not very sure that the picture you want was from the game i said, because though i had seen that picture in that game's cg, but it‘s strange that this character only appear once in all CG,i'm worride maybe that picture is not from that game 
only appear once...

i used to watch this 12 episode anime before on animax.. i don't remember the title..
a small girl and a woman body size exchanged because the small girl prayed to a statue to become an adult faster so that she can take care of the guy that is taking care of her.. the woman is the guy ex-girlfriend.. the small girl had an orange bob haircut and the woman wore glasses and had dark blue hair.. the guy has a silver hair.. if i remembered the girl's parents died

A friend of mine recently lost track of an anime he was watching, it was a realistic anime about a failed Jupiter launch project. According to my friend, the most recent episode included this
The characters were in an isolation test they were doing puzzle then one of the girls got sick making them fail the test cause they had to leave and get knocked down from s class to a class
I don't know if this will be much help, I've never heard of an anime like this, and my google-fu is not quite up to par for this, if anyone knows the name of this anime, please let me know.
I should note that this was the most recent episode he had watched, and it has been awhile since he watched it so he doesn't know the name of any of the characters (would've been easy to find if he did)

Can you give me more detail? I have 2 titles in mind but there some details that didn't match your description.

I got all the details he could recall, but the anime is not recent, nor is it ongoing. I wish I had more details, but it's been awhile since he watched it.
