Firstly, it was on Canadian/American television, in English. I know this doesn't narrow it down much but it might help. I remember two specific scenes:
The setting is in a public area, outside somewhere. There's a black vehicle (a limousine, if my memory serves me), and there is a chubby, short businessman getting out of it.
A woman (presumably a secret agent of some sort or another) runs in from the crowd of people, jumping on the businessman's head. She does a handstand, twists her body, and breaks his neck.
Later on, she's being interrogated, and claims that she doesn't remember anything about herself or her motives, etc.
People have suggested Rin, Black Lagoon, Noir, Evangelion, and Shakugan No Shana. It isn't any of these.
Any help at ALL would be appreciated here, I've been looking for half a year now.

Idon't remember if this was an anime or a manga..I read the description once and it sounded interesting but now I can't remember the name so here it goes.
Anyways there is a goverment agency that helps people who have come back tp the real world after being summoned to a fantasy type realm. The main character is protected by this company after he came back from defeating a demon lord and brought the said lord daughter back to the real world with him. Thats all the information I can remember. Any help or hints on where to look for this is appreciated. Need community help here I have searched everywhere on my own and find nothing.

What are the episodes of serial experiments lain were
1 Some guys are talking about lain and the conversation suddenly ends when on of them says "you dont happen to be a member of the knights?" or something like that
2 Were something gets explained about Tachibana Lab (i think) opposing the implementation of protocol 7
