Linky No that's a shirt and it's for women what I am talking about I've seen in numerous anime series and it is almost always on male characters and they are usually soldiers, modern military, or ninja. It is used as a undershirt or under armor most of the time. Because it is used so often and some series that use it aren't fantasy or scify types which led me to believe there may be brand or something similar that produce undershirts like that.

An anime where the main character is looking for his unknown or lost sister? it has a harem kind of theme to it too. As I was watching this anime I could have swore there was another anime like this either that or i'm just imagining it =p or i just watched it twice without realizing it and only remembered the ending lol.
