what did you think about the end, where axel is taking care of the kids and reton eureka are in the middle of where ever and you saw them sitting there(by a lake) and then their names were carved on the moon

The ending was awsome but it would have been cooler if they made like one more ep. to show renton eureka and the kids as like a family

i think the ending rounds it out nicely, also lets you make what you want out of the symbolism and such. it is open like cowboy bebop but not nearly as frustrating lol
and yes the heads did indeed glow

The ending was good, but I think it would've been cooler if they did like an extended episode (like a short movie). The symbolism and theme was portrayed well. But I thought they should've at least done something like show a bunch of photo's of the members of Gekkostate and some writing describing what happened to each person, with some music playing; they just kinda cut it off, you have to wonder what happened to everyone else.
As for the moon, I thought that was cool. Instead of carving their names on a tree, they carve it on the moon with a force equivalent of an ion cannon.
