Hm. Quite a sad thing it is. I don't know what we can propose to do except for cease to use Uranium in any of our weapons. There isn't much to do. I would put money towards the research if I had any at all, but I don't.

The goverment COULD put some funding into the R&D department for anti-Rad&Bio instead of just funding R&D for Rad&Bio Offence

I agree, we could put some funding into it, but knowing our government, that's probably never going to happen. We're in debt already, and the US is just going to use that as an excuse to not contribute to it. But yes, I think we should stop using uranium altogether. The articles on it are skeptical but, even if uranium doesn't cause any physical deformities, it shouldn't be used.
I believe it does cause problems, but I don't really have proof. But, yeah. We shouldn't fund using radioactive material in our munitions.

you have to wonder though, if we have so many nuclear munitions, why don't we get some nuclear power. i'm sure that'd cut the cost of some energy bills around the country.
