Ummm~ Philippines didn't make One Piece...
I dunno if it would be a big hit but its possible to make an anime here,..If only there's someone out there who would make a comic and get it serialized XDD of course I hope they don't make seem bad on the show..

And one more thing,.. Anime just really means Japanese Cartoons.. So I think we should call it more like Filipino cartoons cause if it was made in the Philippines then thats not Japanese anymore but calling it Pinoy anime sounds cooler right? Well can't argue with that....

Kinda liked their manga, the quality is pretty nice. Go check out the CCComics. Really dunno about the anime part though, maybe too much for the Phil.

Hell as long as its good who cares who the f*** made it...really what matters in the end is if its good or not...i'll give it a try since i know a lot of FIlipinos who have the skills to draw but they're not in it coz its a dead industry...i mean there are other more stable sources of income...but if they could do it why not
