i'm a filipino and what makes me proud off is the customs and traditions aetas that was passed from generation to generation... the ifugaos in baguio were one of the thing that i should also be proud off... Philippines is rich in culture that until now being preserved... just in Mindanao there are hundreds of customs and traditions that until now exist... it's a one way of showing how grateful i am being a filipino even how tricky and corrupt the government nowadays....

I'm a Kiwi. I'm proud of the duel Kiwi traditions of wearing Jandels, and beating your kids with a wooden spoon.

We also have a history of voting in the most troll-ugly people to lead the country, intolerance to outside ideas/cultures, complaining about how we were wronged 50 years ago by people who are already dead and a stupid bias against nuclear power (despite how clean and safe it is in comparison to the explosion so long ago).

Goddess but I'm glad i left that dump

The only half-way decent tradition kiwi's had was leaving the country as soon as you get a degree and never coming back.

as a filipino too..even though our country faces such conflicts (events)that have been repeatedly occured..i'm still proud to be a filipino..sad to knew that all those traditions and cultures might have been fading away as new generation comes by..

I like the swedish traditions that other contries don't have, I would really miss them if I moved abroad... Like Midsummer festival, the Shrove Tuesday/Semle day, and Swedish meatballs and Janssons Frestelse on the christmas table XD
I also like the fact that Swedish culture isn't all Swdish, it share most of culture with the other Nordic countries and that shows the strong bound between the 4 nordic coundries.

And the climate is great here I love take walks in the forests, whic is everywhere :P

And the Viknings and our Ancient Gods and all the old stories that has been told for centurys.

I like the original language and dance of ireland before the separation but its coming back thank god. Plus the hospitallity of most of the country. Everything about my beautiful Ireland is great, lol but im biased I love it there as thereis a mixture of traditions that are shared by alot of countries.

I dunno. Maybe it's because where I come from, a diverse country with different races and cultures. I get to sample and experience these unique cultures everyday, contrary to other places which only has one. No offense and disrespect.

I don't feel any pride for my culture because 1.) I don't see any reason to be proud of something like that, 2.) I don't tend to feel pride for anything anyway, and 3.) pride can be very blind and dangerous.
