Even if Ichigo did break the limits of maintaining his form as a vizard, still he is no match for the Espada members below Grimjow's ranking. true, he somehow defeated Grimjow in manga in a crucial fight but, below Grimjow's rank is much stronger Espadas. I think he doesnt stand a chance unless he shows some real power far more stronger than the Vizard form.
