I don't know if this is a problem or an unattainable desire, but I am dating this guy... I like the affection of our relationship but his conversation puts me to sleep. I was married at 20 and widowed at 29, in crunchyroll years that makes me ancient, anyway so my hubby has been gone 4 years and this is the first guy I have actually allowed into my world since my hubby passed away. He's nice don't get me wrong, but bores my socks off. When I try to break off the relationship by bringing up the "friend" word, I'll be a monkey's uncle if he doesn't start kissing on me and I forget my motive. My Sis thinks I should keep him around, b/c he's nice and I can work with boring, but I want more. Am I being greedy for wanting a man that can actually keep me awake with stimulating convo as well as with satisfying affection or should I do as my Sis says and keep him around and work on improving his dull and lullaby conversation? I mean I love to laugh and I try not to take myself too seriously, maybe that makes me immature but can't I have a serious relationship that's fun and enjoyable instead of hot on the lips and cold on the brain? I would do like your sister says for a while and if then it doesnt change move on hun. Good luck what ever you decide to do hun x x

Thanks, I will give the advice a try... because I do not want to intentionally hurt his feelings. He is a nice guy just not very interesting in the conversation department. Even though we have been going out for 5 and half months, I am growing tired of finding ways to stay tuned when he talks, but maybe I am being to hard on him. So I'll try
