How do i convince my parents to let me go to South Korea for abotu 2 weeks with a friend ?? T_T ... My adad thinks i should go , but in th eend its up to my mom to let me or not. she just says that you can go another time with them. (he moved from south korea to america last summer) but i mean i really dont even know if im going to have another chance to go with them. i plan on going next christmas break...

and also she never even hints toward a yes or no really... whenever i "misbehave" she always threatens that "im definetly not going now" or whatever so its kind of bullcrap. and when she says that i just argue with her even more

the ticket fare is around $1500 or so....

ive tried to suggest i will work for it , but she seems to be more interested in actual cash rather than earning my money through varios chores T_T

That maybe tough to do. You said you are just a freshman in high school and your mom probably will just be worried to death if you go with your friends. Is it just purely a bunch of teenagers going on a trip to another country? Or is there a chaperon? If there is, then I suggest you have that person talk to your parents about the trip. It will be comprise after comprise, but that is essentially life. Good luck.

idk for sure but im still friends with my buddy in the Philippines and i dont live there anymore for 6 years now...

My Personal problem is that i just can't help but be so pessimistic all the time it's like i have no reason to be and yet i am and i get people frustrated when i'm in that mood it's just hard to change who i am with people trying to push me to and not accepting me for me.
